Build and operate a highly resilient hybrid multicloud platform spanning Nutanix and public cloud.
Support a major migration from VMware while improving automation, resilience, recoverability, and operational excellence.
The role focuses on engineering improvements to platform reliability rather than traditional infrastructure operations.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and recoverability of critical platform services.
- Manage and validate backup and recovery capabilities using enterprise tools such as Rubrik.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery testing and recovery assurance activities.
- Support platform and workload migrations from VMware to modern cloud platforms.
- Develop automation to reduce operational effort and improve service reliability.
- Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness across the platform.
