Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with business needs.
- Review, compare, and analyze products and services for purchase.
- Enforce procurement policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and supplier records.
- Build and sustain strong supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
- Conduct market research and evaluate new supply options.
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and procurement reports.
Qualifications
- Be a recently graduated UAE National.
- Hold a degree in logistics, supply chain, or an engineering discipline.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Show an appetite for learning and sharing new ideas.
- Treat quality and safety as part of professional practice.
