Role Overview
The QA/QC Engineer supports refinery and onshore or offshore oil and gas projects within Abu Dhabi Operations.
The role acts as a focal point for project quality issues and works with clients and subcontractors to achieve project quality goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Carry out quality assurance and control activities for design and engineering consultancy services.
- Prepare and implement project quality plans, programs, and procedures.
- Review QA/QC aspects of proposals, designs, drawings, specifications, and data sheets.
- Develop QA/QC procedures and reports and liaise with clients.
- Ensure client, subcontractor, vendor, and fabricator QA/QC programs comply with project quality plans.
- Provide technical support, standard operating procedures, and solutions for QA/QC issues.
- Investigate quality-performance inhibitors and implement improvement actions.
