Job Description Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will support manufacturing process engineering and quality improvement initiatives within a CT manufacturing facility.
The role provides hands-on exposure to Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, CAPA, non-conformance investigations, QMS, and cross-functional collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement projects and monitor defects, yields, and quality performance metrics.
- Assist with Lean, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, QMS compliance, and validation and verification activities.
- Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and training materials; coordinate equipment calibration and maintain records.
- Support incoming inspection planning, quality documentation, production troubleshooting, equipment uptime, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
- Follow EHS policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship or industrial experience.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
