V&V Lead – Performance & Reliability Engineering
We are looking for an experienced Verification & Validation Lead to drive quality and compliance for software-intensive medical device products and connected healthcare solutions. This role will lead the overall verification strategy, execution, and release readiness while serving as the technical leader for Performance, Reliability, Scalability, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) validation .
The ideal candidate combines strong V&V leadership experience with hands-on expertise in designing, automating, and executing performance and reliability testing for complex distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Verification & Validation activities for medical device software and system solutions.
Define risk-based verification strategies and ensure alignment with product requirements, quality objectives, and regulatory expectations.
Own the verification approach for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), including performance, scalability, reliability, availability, resilience, recoverability, security, and interoperability.
Design and execute performance qualification activities including load, stress, endurance, scalability, failover, recovery, and capacity testing.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts, automation frameworks, workload simulators, and reliability test harnesses.
Analyze system bottlenecks and performance issues across applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, networking, and distributed system components.
Lead reliability and resilience validation through fault injection, network impairment, failover, and recovery testing.
