Trainee Associates join the Accounts Receivable team as enthusiastic and motivated freshers.
The role provides training in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing and supports healthcare claims follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Follow up on outstanding and unpaid insurance claims.
- Review claim status and identify reasons for pending or denied claims.
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare payers as required.
- Update claim and payment-related information accurately in the system.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts.
- Work effectively as part of a team and meet process requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare information.
