Role Overview
TRIARQ Health is hiring AR Associates and Senior AR Associates for US healthcare physician billing on the provider side.
The role handles accounts receivable calling, insurance follow-ups, claim status, denials, and payment-related issues.
Location and Schedule
- The position is based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, and the source states that work is in person.
- The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as fixed days off.
Candidate Requirements
- One to five years of experience in US healthcare physician billing or provider-side accounts receivable.
- Hands-on AR calling experience is identified as mandatory/preferred in the source.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance and physician billing processes.
- Experience handling payer calls and claim follow-ups.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates comfortable working from Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai are preferred.
