General Description
The Traffic Manager plays a critical role in managing the flow of tasks and projects within
ARQAM ensuring smooth coordination between the Content and Creative teams.
Similar to a
Scrum Master, the Traffic Manager oversees project timelines, facilitates communication,
and removes obstacles to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming project requests from the Content
and Creative teams.
Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks and allocate resources based on project
requirements and deadlines.
Maintain a master schedule of projects, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment
with overall business objectives.
Coordinate project kick-off meetings to define scope, objectives, and timelines, and
ensure clear understanding among team members.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings or check-ins to review project status, identify blockers,
and provide support or guidance as needed.
Actively monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proactively
addressing issues to keep projects on track.
Liaise between the Content and Creative teams to ensure seamless communication and
collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Proven experience in project management, traffic coordination, or a similar role,
preferably in a creative or content production environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is advantageous
Familiarity with the sports industry and content production workflows is a plus
