General Description

The Creative Operations Manager will oversee the operational aspects of our creative teams,

including graphics designers, motion graphic designers, and video editors.

This role is crucial

for ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and project management to support the

delivery of high-quality creative work on time.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational processes and workflows to optimize the efficiency

and effectiveness of the creative teams

Coordinate project intake, prioritization, and assignment, ensuring alignment with

business objectives and deadlines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Creative, and

Content, to define project requirements and timelines

Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for the creative teams, balancing

workload and priorities

Oversee project management tools and systems, ensuring accurate tracking of project

status, timelines, and deliverables

Creative operations manager

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role,

preferably in a creative or marketing environment

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage

multiple projects simultaneously

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira

Knowledge of creative processes and workflows, including graphics design, motion

graphics, and video editing, is advantageous

Job Specifications

Knowledge: understanding of operational principles and best practices and knowledge of

creative production processes and workflows

Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective decision-making and

conflict resolution skills, and attention to detail and accuracy in project management

Abilities: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, capacity to lead

and motivate teams to achieve operational goals, flexibility and adaptability to changing

priorities and requirements, commitment to continuous learning and professional

development
