Trade Planner - Electrical

Join our Trade Planning team based in Henderson, WA. The Trade Planner is responsible for developing detailed work orders for electrical maintenance tasks. These tasks support safe and efficient execution by trade personnel on board Collins Class Submarines and within workshop environments.

Your work will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance schedule is fully supported and approved. All planning activities must align with ASC and departmental processes, with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability across ASC Corporate and RAN planning systems and databases.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in electrical maintenance and/or engineering. Ideally, you bring at least 7 years post trade experience, but we value capability and attitude just as much as tenure. You have a solid understanding of electrical maintenance principles and know how to plan and coordinate work effectively.

You’re comfortable working independently but also know how to collaborate with others to get the job done. Your communication skills allow you to engage confidently across all levels of the business, and you’re someone who can influence, encourage, and support teams to deliver accurate and reliable outcomes.
