About the Opportunity
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the technology environment that enables the delivery of Australia's future submarine program. Working within a dynamic ICT Operations team, you will provide technical support across a broad range of end-user technologies, manage enterprise devices and Microsoft 365 services, and help ensure a seamless user experience for employees at all levels, including senior leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant program while working with modern technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and support corporate computing devices, Microsoft 365 services, collaboration tools, and associated end-user technologies.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents while maintaining accurate records within IT service management and ticketing systems.
- Administer and support technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, Intune, SCCM, and related endpoint management platforms.
- Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues with specialist teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining knowledge articles, processes, and support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, security requirements, and IT governance frameworks while delivering outstanding customer service.
About you
Demonstrated experience in a Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, MFA, and endpoint management technologies such as Intune or SCCM.
