As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the technology environment that enables the delivery of Australia's future submarine program. Working within a dynamic ICT Operations team, you will provide technical support across a broad range of end-user technologies, manage enterprise devices and Microsoft 365 services, and help ensure a seamless user experience for employees at all levels, including senior leaders. Demonstrated experience in a Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, MFA, and endpoint management technologies such as Intune or SCCM.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobility issues with a customer-focused approach.
