Track Manager - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (IN)

Lead the 17-week ERP infrastructure migration program across discovery, landing-zone setup, workload migration, knowledge transfer and closure.

Own integrated project plan, milestones, RAID log, governance cadence, action tracking and stakeholder communications. • Coordinate HCLTech towers, Barnes Aerospace SMEs, Google Cloud dependencies and third-party participation. • Track actual effort under the T&M model and proactively communicate anticipated variance above planned effort. • Control scope through documented change requests covering cost, timeline and resources. • Coordinate deliverable reviews, acceptance cycles, cutover readiness, issue escalation, KT and formal closure.
