The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 – $102,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

Develop die PMs and implement improvements to existing tooling.
Conduct annual die review and follow up with required actions related to annual press inspections.
Obtain quotes, write capital funding requests, coordinates machinery installations or tooling modifications or upgrades.
Provides engineering services daily to maintenance and tool room.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.

Good working knowledge of forming of carbon steel, stainless, and non-ferrous substrate materials.
Good working knowledge of draw, trim, cam, and progressive dies.
Good working knowledge of stamping presses, screw machines, and roll form machines.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot dies, presses, screw machines, and roll form machines.

Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best deals.
Strong background of tool and die metal stamping experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Programming experience is a plus (robotic - Fanuc machines)
Associate must be able to travel 5 % of the time.
