- Track shipments to customers and field service representatives
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure kits have proper quantity and tools
- Update records of tools calibrated or needing calibration
- Coordinate and package supplies for outages
- Monitor kits before shipping for template and calibration certificate
- Issue purchase orders to vendors for stock replenishment
- Maintain warranty records for parts
- Coordinate shipping with Service Managers for on time delivery
- Perform visual inspection of specialized kits from sites
- Submit billing reports
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet EHS standards
Requirements
- Experience in tooling coordination or warehouse management
- Ability to track and manage inventory and calibration records
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required
- Willingness to travel as needed

Job Summary
- The Tooling Coordinator will maintain, coordinate, update records, visually inspect, and coordinate shipping of tooling warehouse.
- Update company databases to ensure accurate materials and tooling status.
- May be assigned other duties to help drive FieldCore vision and core values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need to be processed.
- Track shipments sent to customers/Field Service Representatives and tools being returned for calibration.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure each kit has proper quantity and tools.
- Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration.
- When new tools are purchased, add them to database.
- Coordinate and package all supplies needed by outages.
- Monitor each kit before shipping for kit template and calibration certificate.
- Issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts and maintain inventory.
- Maintain warranty records for parts.
- Request manufacturer/vendor to replace parts within warranty period.
- Coordinate shipping with Service Managers to ensure on time delivery.
- Perform visual inspection of specialized kits from sites.
Additional Duties
- Submit billing reports.
- Maintain housekeeping of Warehouse to meet EHS standards.
- Meet or exceed customer requested delivery date for kit.
- Maintenance records for kits processed.
- Create and manage purchase orders for replacement parts.
- Stocking of tools and kit parts to ensure availability.
- Ensuring kits delivered on time with no quality issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel may be required.
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required.
