Technical Skills Required
Expertise in tool room machines:
Surface grinding, cylindrical grinding
Milling, lathe, EDM/Wire-cut
Knowledge of tool steels, heat treatment, and coatings
Good understanding of tolerances, fits, and finishes
Exposure to CAD drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge on over mold & injection molding process.
Knowledge on TPM.
Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical Engineering
4-6 years in:
Tool room / Die maintenance / Mold manufacturing
Hands-on exposure to high-precision tooling environments
Experience in industries like:
Automotive
Plastics / Injection molding
