About the Role

- Maintain, update, and manage content on CPD internal and external webpages
- Support internal communication by preparing and disseminating procurement updates
- Manage supplier facing communications and upload solicitations on relevant platforms
- Facilitate floating RFx's for best value
- Contribute to Corporate Procurement Annual Plan activities
- Review and clear supplier registration requests in SAP Ariba
- Provide guidance and support to suppliers and internal stakeholders during registration
- Report and coordinate with IMDT to resolve technical issues
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- English language proficiency
- Certifications in web content management, digital communications, or design/presentation tools are a plus

Academic and Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in web content management, digital communications, or design/presentation tools are a plus.
- Languages: English: Mandatory
