About the Role

- Assist with employee data entry, file audits, and documentation in SAP ECC / SuccessFactors
- Schedule training workshops and HRIS sessions
- Update HR service desk tickets (Jira) and track grievance / inquiry status
- Draft template based communications
- Prepare basic PowerPoint slides, reports, and meeting minutes
- Shadow HR analytics staff to learn KPI monitoring & dashboard upkeep
- Participate in team meetings and complete an end of internship reflection report
Requirements
- Undergraduate student in final year
- Major in HRMD
- Fluent Arabic, Proficient English
- Strong time management

Scope of Work
