- Prepare monthly and ad hoc health reports
- Support the development of dashboards or summary sheets for management review
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in line with medical privacy standards
- Support medical report preparation and documentation
- Assist with the digitalization of health records and medical forms
- Identify bottlenecks in current workflows (appointments, referrals, medical leave processing)
- Propose and help implement simple process improvements to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Undergraduate student in final year
- Major in Health Informatics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Public Health (with data focus), Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Technical skills: Data analysis, MS Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau, SQL basics, reporting & dashboard development
- Soft skills: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, confidentiality, time management
- Language: English, Arabic or French
