Responsibilities
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, punctures, and proper inflation
- Remove and install tires on cars, trucks, buses, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Repair punctured or damaged tires when possible
- Perform wheel balancing and tire rotation
- Maintain the correct tire pressure according to manufacturer specifications
- Replace worn or damaged tires and tubes
- Check wheel rims for damage and ensure proper fitment
- Keep records of tire replacements, repairs, and inventory
- Maintain tire tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience as a Tireman or Tire Technician
- Knowledge of tire repair techniques, balancing, and alignment basics
- Ability to use tire changing machines and related tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy tires
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
- Commitment to workplace safety
