- Guide crane operators during lifting using hand signals or radio communication
- Ensure proper weight distribution and load balance
- Inspect rigging equipment before use
- Report any defects or unsafe conditions immediately
- Maintain safety compliance during all lifting activities
Requirements

- Good understanding of rigging techniques and safety procedures
