About the Role

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an effective HSE document control system for all project and corporate HSE documentation
- Receive, register, distribute, track, and archive HSE documents in accordance with company document control procedures
- Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems for HSE records
- Control document revisions and ensure only the latest approved versions are available for use
- Prepare and maintain document registers, transmittals, and distribution logs
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding HSE documentation
- Maintain records including HSE plans, risk assessments, training records, incident reports, etc.
- Support internal and external HSE audits by preparing required documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive HSE information
- Monitor document retention periods and archive records according to company policy
- Generate periodic reports on document status and outstanding submissions
- Assist the HSE team with administrative and documentation related activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Document Control, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of document control experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects
- Experience working with HSE documentation is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS), such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of document numbering, revision control, and filing systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Establish and maintain an effective HSE document control system for all project and corporate HSE documentation.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Document Control, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of document control experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
- Experience working with HSE documentation is highly preferred.
- Certification in Document Control or HSE is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS), such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of document numbering, revision control, and filing systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems is an advantage.
- Excellent document formatting and record management skills.
