- Record and monitor daily attendance of employees
- Prepare and maintain timesheets, overtime records, and leave reports
- Verify manpower allocation and site attendance records
- Coordinate with supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports
- Ensure accurate data entry in attendance and payroll systems
- Track employee absences, leave, and shift schedules
- Assist HR and Payroll departments with attendance related information
- Maintain employee records and filing systems
- Generate reports as required by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Timekeeper, Site Administrator, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical and record keeping skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in construction, MEP, or industrial projects is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Timekeeper to maintain accurate attendance, timesheets, overtime records, and workforce data for site and camp employees.
- The Timekeeper will coordinate closely with site supervisors, HR, payroll, and project management to ensure timely and accurate reporting of manpower and labor hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and monitor daily attendance of employees.
- Prepare and maintain timesheets, overtime records, and leave reports.
- Verify manpower allocation and site attendance records.
- Coordinate with supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry in attendance and payroll systems.
- Track employee absences, leave, and shift schedules.
- Assist HR and Payroll departments with attendance related information.

Requirements

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Company accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, annual leave, and air ticket as per UAE Labour Law.
