JAZEERAT AL HADEED, a leading company in the steel fabrication industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **Sales Engineer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the steel fabrication field, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
-Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
**Technical Expertise:**Possess in-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes, materials, and products.
Provide technical support to clients and assist them in choosing the right products and services.
**Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
**Negotiation:**Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients.
Close deals and handle complaints or objections.
**Market Analysis:** Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Analyze market potential and track sales activities against targets.
Requirements
- **Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in the steel fabrication industry.**
- **Strong technical knowledge of steel fabrication processes and products.**
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
- **Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.**
- **Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.**
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.**
- **Valid UAE driving license**
- **Immediately available for joining**
