- Maintain and update administrative trackers, registers, logs, and company records
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, office equipment, and general administrative requirements
- Support project teams and departments with document preparation, submissions, and administrative coordination
- Maintain company licenses, registrations, insurance records, and other corporate documents, ensuring renewals are tracked and completed on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Previous experience within MEP, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or contracting companies is preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong document management and record keeping skills

Overview
- ISLAND TOWER ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support the day to day administrative operations of the company.
- The successful candidate shall be responsible for coordinating office administration, maintaining company records, supporting management and project teams, handling correspondence, and ensuring the efficient execution of administrative functions across the organization.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management, departments, and project teams.
- Prepare, review, and maintain letters, reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document distribution.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping of company documents and records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, conference room schedules, and management calendars when required.

Requirements

- Previous experience within MEP, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or contracting companies is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong document management and record keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Familiarity with ERP systems, document management systems, and administrative reporting tools.
- Experience maintaining company licenses, permits, insurance records, and statutory documentation.
- Knowledge of UAE business administration practices and corporate documentation requirements.
