About the Role
Cube Wooden Works is hiring a Time Keeper / Time & Attendance Coordinator to manage employee timesheets, attendance records, and payroll inputs. Responsibilities include uploading timesheets into ERP, monitoring punches, assigning shifts, and preparing salary files.

- Upload employee timesheets into the ERP/PACT system accurately and on time
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely submission of timesheets
- Distribute printed timesheet forms to workers as required
- Monitor employee punch in and punch out records and resolve attendance discrepancies
- Assign daily shifts for workers and staff in the PACT system
- Receive and verify timesheets from all departments for accuracy and completeness
- Update attendance records in PACT by site and date
- Prepare salary input files based on attendance records
- Apply salary deductions for absences and disciplinary actions as per company policy
- Verify sick leave eligibility (full pay, half pay, or unpaid) in line with company policy
- Receive and process medical/sick leave documents after obtaining the required approvals
- Update approved sick leave records in the PACT system
