- Review BOQ and Drawings set to ensure both are matching, raise variations if any
- Oversee design guidelines adherence, technical drawings (CAD) supervision, execution & regular maintenance
- Daily communication and update with clients and/or consultants
- Daily tracking of site progress and internal update
- Supervise, with the help of admin team, all documents submissions to authorities and malls for required approvals prior site mobilization
- Planning of site mobilization and optimization with the help of MEP and Project engineers
- Ensures timely communications throughout all project phases, develops and maintains meeting minutes, and follows up on all action items
- Creating reports detailing project progress, budgets, and results to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
