Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and creative 3D Designer to join our client design and construction team.
- The ideal candidate will produce visually compelling and technically precise 3D models, renderings, and animations to support architectural, interior, and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high quality 3D models and renderings for architectural, interior, and structural projects, ensuring precision, scale accuracy, and aesthetic excellence.
- Prepare photorealistic visualizations and walkthrough animations to communicate design intent to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to convert 2D drawings, sketches, and concepts into accurate 3D representations.
- Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting effects using rendering software (V Ray, Lumion, Enscape) for lifelike project presentations.
- Enhance project presentations and proposals through creative visual storytelling and consistent brand alignment.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering within deadlines while maintaining high visual and technical quality standards.
- Review and revise 3D models based on design changes, client feedback, or engineering modifications.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, visualization technologies, and rendering techniques to ensure innovative output.
- Support marketing and business development teams with 3D visuals, mockups, and concept designs for proposals and tenders.
