Testing Engineer

We are seeking a Testing Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh.

The Testing Engineer will be responsible for executing test cases, developing comprehensive test plans, and conducting functional testing to ensure product quality.

Daily tasks will include analyzing system requirements, identifying test scenarios, and collaborating with teams to improve product performance.

The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1.

Know well the SW testing work process, and know SW development process；

2.

Know well the testing theory、testing method and main current testing tools，be capable of independently completing design the testing case and edit the testing report；

3.

Good communication skills，excellent teamwork，good engagement，good executive force，good faith degree；

4.

Good ability of judgement for the problem，insist principle of quality；

5.

Know well the operation and the basic communication theory about phone, and be able for know how to judge the network problem or not about phone’s abnormal, know well the different environment’s test

(GSM\\CDMA\\TD\\FDD\\VOLTE\\VOWIFI).

6.

Own the volte/vowifi testing experience priority;

7.

Have user thinking, have certain experience in product experience

8.

Familiar with product design

9.

Familiar with local user habits

10.

Initiative, strong communication skills, unique way of thinking

11.

Able for speaking English，and read & understand the testing case， English communicator priority；

12.

Experience in handling public opinion issues on product lines

13.

Have experience in after-sales problem handling, familiar with after-sales problem handling process

14.

Bachelor degree of computer sciences/telecommunication or related majors (Need to check the certification).

Job requirements:

1.

Responsible for testing system/third app/communicate/function modules, basic use cases and scalability tests

2. output test report, summarize and analyze the test results

3.

Explain the failed test items, put forward problems and suggestions for improvement

4.

Work closely with the development team to solve the problems encountered in the testing process in a timely manner

5.

Ensure the quality and progress of the test work, and complete the test task on time

6.

Responsible for responding quickly and providing effective information within the prescribed time after receiving the questions submitted by users.

7.

Timely reply to users' questions to ensure that problems are solved in a timely manner;

8.

Coordinate and solve complex problems; Record and track the process of problem solving to ensure the quality of problem solving

9.Report the progress of problems to superiors in a timely manner; Continue to learn and research related technologies to improve their problem-solving skills
