- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle including job requisition intake, role briefing, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists, coordinate interviews and assessments
- Support offer preparation and negotiation, and ensure timely onboarding handover to HR operations
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Support employer branding activities and hiring events
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in end to end recruitment within a corporate or agency environment
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using job portals, social media, professional networks, and local market channels in Saudi Arabia
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and assessment skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic recruitment analytics
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Recruiter (Saudi) role based in Riyadh. The Recruiter will manage the end to end recruitment cycle, including job requisition intake, role briefing with hiring managers, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions.
- Daily tasks include building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks, and ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage.
- The role also involves preparing and presenting candidate shortlists, coordinating interviews and assessments, supporting offer preparation and negotiation, and ensuring timely onboarding handover to HR operations.
- The Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, support employer branding activities and hiring events, and ensure recruitment practices comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support) within a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using job portals, social media, professional networks, and local market channels in Saudi Arabia.
- Solid stakeholder management skills, including partnering with hiring managers, clarifying role requirements, and providing market insights.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical fit and behavioral competencies.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment best practices, including compliance, documentation, and fair hiring standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to work effectively with local and international stakeholders.
