Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and approve contractor testing and commissioning (T&C) plans, methodologies, procedures, and checklists
- Witness and supervise factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and operational integrated systems tests to verify performance parameters
- Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure installations are complete, safe, and ready for energized testing or fluid dynamic balancing
- Identify, document, and track system deficiencies, deviations, and punch list items, coordinating actively with contractors to ensure swift resolution
- Review and validate comprehensive T&C documentation, including test reports, calibration certificates, operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and as built drawings
- Collaborate closely with construction managers, quality assurance teams, design engineers, and the client's operational staff to ensure a seamless project handover

Overview
- Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join our project team in Tabuk.
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, validating, and executing the testing, pre commissioning, and final commissioning phases of diverse MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), systems, and infrastructure assets.
- You will bridge the gap between construction completion and operational handover, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with approved design specifications, international codes, and client requirements.
