Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the establishment and maturation of a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE).
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise testing strategy, governance, and execution within complex technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, establish, and operationalize a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Define testing standards, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Provide strategic oversight across functional, automation, and non-functional testing streams
- Mentor testing leads and senior testers across projects
- Ensure alignment of testing practices with business and regulatory requirements
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive testing maturity and quality outcomes
