Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Tekla Modeler
to join our engineering and drafting team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using
Tekla Structures
to develop accurate and detailed
3D models of structural steel, precast concrete, or reinforcement components
.
The role involves producing
shop drawings, erection drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM)
based on engineering designs and client specifications, while ensuring alignment with fabrication and construction requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
- detailed and accurate 3D models of structural steel components
- using Tekla Structures.
- Create and manage models for
- fabrication and erection
- , including connections, assemblies, and detailing.
- Model complete
- facade assemblies
- , including brackets, anchors, mullions, transoms, cladding panels, and fixings.
- Generate
- shop drawings, erection drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- directly from Tekla models.
- Perform
- material take-offs
- and ensure model data aligns with fabrication requirements.
- Collaborate with
- structural engineers, detailers, and fabrication teams
- to resolve design issues and improve constructability.
- Maintain
- model accuracy and consistency
- through design revisions and different project phases.

- project standards, industry codes, and client specifications
