- We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of organizational change management expertise, IT delivery capability, and AI experience, underpinned by strong consulting foundations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across transformation programmes, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Design and execute change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize organizational resistance.
- Oversee IT delivery workstreams, coordinating across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Support the integration and adoption of AI-driven solutions, translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, risk registers, RAID logs, and project reporting structures.
- Facilitate executive-level steering committees and cross-functional workshops.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing strategic guidance and challenge where appropriate.
- Manage interdependencies across workstreams and escalate risks proactively.
