Role Overview
Test Manager role focused on corporate banking, cash management, Intellect Banking Platform, corporate payments, H2H integration, API banking, and digital banking platforms.
The role leads large-scale testing programs and provides test strategy, automation, governance, delivery leadership, and quality assurance oversight.
The Test Manager acts as the single point of accountability for testing delivery across multiple banking transformation workstreams.
Experience and Domain Requirements
- At least 12 years of software testing and quality assurance experience, including at least 3 years as a Test Manager on banking programs.
- Experience with Intellect Banking Products, cash management platforms, transaction banking, large multi-stream testing programs, and international banking projects.
- Required banking knowledge includes corporate banking, digital banking, core banking, transaction banking, payments, collections, and cash management solutions.
- Required technical knowledge includes SWIFT message formats, ISO 20022/XML messaging, API testing, middleware architecture, file-based integrations, and microservices architecture.
