Role Overview
Lead complex, cross-portfolio technology initiatives within Global Product Technology.
Own delivery outcomes for merchandise planning, forecasting, sizing, allocation, and inventory optimization systems.
Serve as a technical and business translator across Planning, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Portfolio and Domain Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery across programs spanning merchandise planning, sizing, forecasting, allocation, and inventory optimization.
- Align Flowstate initiatives with forecast-driven size curves, in-season reforecasting, and allocation and transfer optimization.
- Align execution with GTM gates, buy cycles, and merchandising decision timelines.
- Translate planning and allocation business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Improve forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, allocation efficiency, and planner time-to-decision.
