Role overview
Own the test strategy and execution across delivery waves for a regulated integration programme.
Support formal client sign-offs across SIT and UAT.
Key responsibilities
- Author test strategies and plans covering phases, cycles, entry and exit criteria, roles, and tooling.
- Define defect management, prioritization, and resolution protocols with client stakeholders.
- Plan and lead SIT and end-to-end testing against an ASP simulator and then the ASP sandbox.
- Lead regulatory scenario testing and performance testing against client KPIs.
- Coordinate regression testing with the client's IT team and provide UAT support for each wave.
- Produce test execution logs, defect trackers, integration test reports, and closure reports.
- Obtain formal SIT and UAT sign-offs and align UAT completion with client release windows.
- Lead test engineers and maintain test automation and regression suites for support handover.
Required experience and skills
- At least 10 years of experience in software testing.
- At least 4 years as a test manager on ERP or integration programmes; SAP landscapes are preferred.
- Strong experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
- Experience with Jira/Xray, Azure Test Plans, or ALM.
- Experience with interface or API test automation and JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
