Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Test Lead with banking and credit or lending domain knowledge.
The role leads testing for an end-to-end credit decisioning programme from test planning through SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production support.
The role works with business, IT, risk, credit, TCOE, and implementation partner teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the test strategy, test plan, and test schedule.
- Lead SIT, integration, regression, UAT, and Go-Live readiness.
- Define test scope, quality gates, and release-readiness criteria.
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and closure.
- Ensure coverage across Micro/mSME, Mid Corporate, and Large Corporate lending.
- Validate credit origination, underwriting, financial spreading, risk rating, pricing, approval, and limit setup.
- Test credit rules, segmentation, approval authority, and workflow processes.
- Lead API and integration testing with banking systems.
- Review test scenarios, cases, and expected results.
- Personally test high-risk and critical business scenarios.
- Oversee performance and non-functional testing.
- Lead UAT, manage testing teams and partners, and support Go-Live and hypercare.
