Role Overview
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be part of an Agile software development team responsible for delivering high-quality industrial software solutions.
You will work with developers, quality engineers, product owners, and DevOps engineers to develop and maintain the automated test solutions that ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Manager, Team Lead, Software Engineering have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web-based applications using Selenium WebDriver, TestCafe, and Java.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story discussions to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Design automated test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality.
- Contribute to automation framework enhancements and test suite optimization.
- Support Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines through automated testing.
- Review test scripts and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Create and maintain test documentation, test cases, and automation reports.
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with:
Selenium WebDriver
