Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, in a relevant field

The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

10+ years of experience in business opportunity development/management in solution based selling with a focus on Asset Management & Reliability space.

Prior background in Asset Management & Reliability space.

You have recent experience working directly with Distributors / End User Customers in an alliance or partnership capacity. You understand Rockwell Automation's Distributors / End User ecosystem, organizational structure, and go-to-market motions. 10+ years of experience working Distributors / End User Customers as a partner.

You have a builder's mentality , comfortable with ambiguity and eager to create something new. You are a self-starter who will achieve results.

You understand data platforms, cloud technology, and the analytics landscape. You are a data driven thinker.

You are an exceptional communicator and presenter, able to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.

You are a highly collaborative team player who can influence internal and external teams without authority.

This role will require some travel as we build and grow opportunities at our Distributors / End User Customers.

Utilization of advanced Lean Six Sigma Tools including a Green Belt or higher.

History of success in working with cross-functional team members, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Programs.
