Requirements
- Proven experience in territory management, business development, or sales, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or technology
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of or interest in genomics, health data, or biomedical research
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to work independently on site in Dubai and manage a part time schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field
- Familiarity with Middle East and African healthcare or research landscape
- Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and virtual collaboration platforms

Role Description
- The Territory Manager is a part time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving regional growth and engagement for African Genomics Datahub.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing relationships with healthcare institutions, research organizations, government entities, and industry partners
- Managing the sales pipeline, conducting meetings and presentations
- Providing regular territory performance reports
- Gathering market intelligence, understanding customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and support pilot projects or partnerships
- Attending relevant events, representing the organization in the territory
- Ensuring a high standard of customer support and follow up
Qualifications
- Proven experience in territory management, business development, or sales, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or technology
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of or interest in genomics, health data, or biomedical research
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work independently on site in Dubai, manage a part time schedule effectively
