Role Description

  • The Guest Relations Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on site responsibilities and some work from home flexibility. This role manages day to day guest interactions, including welcoming visitors, coordinating meeting logistics, and ensuring a professional and inclu

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day guest interactions, including welcoming visitors, coordinating meeting logistics, and ensuring a professional and inclusive experience for all guests and partners.
  • Handle inquiries via email, phone, and in person, provide clear information about the organization’s services and facilities, and proactively address guest needs and concerns.
  • Maintain guest records, oversee bookings for events and visits, and collaborate with internal teams to support workshops, delegations, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor guest feedback, supporting continuous improvement of service standards, and help train team members on best practices in guest experience and communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong guest facing skills, including Guest Relations and Customer Service, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and the capacity to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on feedback.
  • Experience in Training or coaching team members on service standards, communication, and guest experience processes.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front office, events, or stakeholder relations, ideally in a scientific, academic, or technology focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, bookings, and multiple guest requests simultaneously.
  • Comfort with basic office software and communication tools; experience with CRM or visitor management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and remotely as needed, with a professional, inclusive, and culturally sensitive approach to all guests.
