Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in asset integrity management, reliability engineering, or asset lifecycle management within data centers, laboratories, industrial facilities, or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of inspection, maintenance, and monitoring practices for critical infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, power systems, data storage hardware, laboratory or facility equipment).
- Ability to develop and maintain asset registers, integrity plans, risk assessments, and maintenance strategies using structured methodologies and relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and compliance standards related to facility operations, data centers, or regulated environments; experience supporting audits and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and communicate clear recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with operations, IT, facilities, and external vendors or contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field; an advanced degree or professional certifications in asset management, reliability, or safety are an advantage.
- Experience in organizations handling sensitive data (e.g., healthcare, research, genomics, or IT infrastructure) is highly beneficial.

Role Description
- The Asset Integrity Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and lifecycle performance of physical and digital assets that support genomics data storage, processing, and facility operations.
Day to Day Tasks
- Developing and maintaining asset registers, integrity plans, and inspection schedules.
- Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitoring asset performance against regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with operations, IT, facilities, and data security teams to assess risks, implement mitigation measures, and document compliance.
- Preparing technical reports, supporting audits, overseeing vendor and contractor work related to asset integrity.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in asset management and reliability.
