Territory Manager

Daily input of all customer activities and opportunities into CRM.

Manage sales pipeline, opportunities and leads in CRM daily.

Prepares reports on business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

Prepares weekly and quarterly travel plans and maintains reports via CRM system.

Provides new customer data and other sales data for current customers into CRM.

Prepare standard sales reports as required by IS management.

Data Integration: Utilise CRM tools (Dynamic 365), BI analytics and AI driven analytics to track performance metrics and generate actionable client insight

Actively promotes safety by ensuring safe systems of work within role.

Adheres to all company WHS policies and procedures.

Follows client’s WHS policies and procedures when on site.

Reports all incidents in a timely manner; implements outcomes as requested.

Undertake all tasks with a positive and professional work ethic.

Manages and maintains assigned Company assets including keeping company assigned vehicles always clean and operating efficiently.

Ensures all activities comply with Company’s Code of Conduct, Company policies and procedures and other relevant legislation, legal and professional standards.

Undertake any other task associated with the operations of the business that may be reasonably requested from time to time or subject in a specific direction.

This is a full time role based in Melbourne, Victoria.
