Service Supervisor

The successful Supervisor Field Service will provide effective support to the service team and our customers. Effective organisational skills and confident communication at all levels being essential.

The successful Supervisor Field Service must be a strong team leader and efficient administrator, self-motivated, tenacious, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Target/KPI driven with strong management skills.

High-level IT proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM)

Confident and professional in customer interactions

Proactive with a pleasant demeanour

Experience of working in a busy and target driven environment.
