Job responsibilities
• Conducting themselves professionally and living by the company I-care values,
• Organising their territory effectively for optimal coverage.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach.
• Progressing clients through the sales funnel to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Deliver compelling and engaging sales pitches to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to new and existing customers.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction and customer retention with the services provided and address any concerns promptly.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding targets across all KPIs and revenue.
• Managing data accuracy through the in-house CRM system to ensure sales figures and reporting against KPI’s are accurate and tracked.
• Monitoring current trends in the category and feeding back directly to the business.
• Count on hand product inventory in retail stores

• Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 DOE plus 5% pension
