About the Role
Parsons is looking for a Terminal Systems Integration Lead to manage systems-of-systems integration for airport terminal operational platforms in Riyadh. The role requires expertise in airport operational systems, interface management, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities
- Lead systems of systems integration activities across terminal operational platforms and associated airside and operational systems
- Define and manage the overall systems integration architecture for assigned terminal operational technologies and interface environments
- Develop, maintain, and manage the Interface Control Document (ICD) register for all assigned systems and third party interfaces
- Coordinate and validate systems message flows, data exchange requirements, integration protocols, and interoperability frameworks
- Manage interface coordination activities between AODB, FIDS, RMS, AOCC, FLIRT, SPS, PAVA, and adjacent operational platforms
- Lead vendor interface workshops and multidisciplinary technical coordination meetings
- Support systems integration planning activities including integration sequencing, interface dependency management, operational transition planning, and phased activation strategies
- Develop and review interface test cases, integration validation procedures, and systems interoperability test scenarios
- Coordinate integrated testing activities including FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing, operational validation, and end to end interface verification
- Monitor interface risks, systems integration issues, technical dependencies, and operational impacts across programme workstreams
- Manage systems defects, interface discrepancies, and integration issues through investigation, resolution, retesting, and formal closure
- Ensure systems integration activities comply with programme governance, airport operational standards, cybersecurity requirements, and aviation regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aviation Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in systems integration, operational technologies, airport systems, or complex infrastructure programmes
- Minimum 6 years of experience in major international airport programmes involving terminal systems integration and multidisciplinary interface management
- Demonstrated experience leading systems integration activities within complex airport terminal operational environments
- Experience coordinating with airport operators, airline stakeholders, EPC contractors, ICT teams, operational workstreams, and IVVQ consultants
- Strong understanding of message flows, systems architecture, data exchange protocols, and integration sequencing strategies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management capabilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to review and interpret complex technical documentation, integration procedures, and systems architecture deliverables
- Strong understanding of testing & commissioning methodologies, systems assurance processes, and operational readiness requirements
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent integration workstreams within large scale programme environments

What You'll Be Doing
- Leads systems of systems integration activities across terminal operational platforms and associated airside and operational systems.
- Defines and manages the overall systems integration architecture for assigned terminal operational technologies and interface environments.
- Develops, maintains, and manages the Interface Control Document (ICD) register for all assigned systems and third party interfaces.
- Coordinates and validates systems message flows, data exchange requirements, integration protocols, and interoperability frameworks between operational systems.
- Manages interface coordination activities between AODB, FIDS, RMS, AOCC, FLIRT, SPS, PAVA, and adjacent operational platforms including BHS, security systems, A CDM, and A SMGCS.
- Leads vendor interface workshops and multidisciplinary technical coordination meetings involving EPC contractors, MSI teams, IVVQ consultants, airline stakeholders, ICT teams, operational representatives, and specialist technology vendors.
- Supports systems integration planning activities including integration sequencing, interface dependency management, operational transition planning, and phased activation strategies.
- Develops and reviews interface test cases, integration validation procedures, and systems interoperability test scenarios.
- Coordinates integrated testing activities including FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing, operational validation, and end to end interface verification processes.
- Monitors interface risks, systems integration issues, technical dependencies, and operational impacts across programme workstreams.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aviation Engineering, or related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in systems integration, operational technologies, airport systems, or complex infrastructure programmes.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in major international airport programmes involving terminal systems integration and multidisciplinary interface management.
- Demonstrated experience leading systems integration activities within complex airport terminal operational environments.
- Experience coordinating with airport operators, airline stakeholders, EPC contractors, ICT teams, operational workstreams, and IVVQ consultants is required.
- Experience within GCC airport programmes is highly desirable.
