Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking a Term Limited Temporary (TLT) Instructional Designer (SA1, Utils L21) to design and develop innovative eLearning solutions for supervisor, leadership, performance management, professional skills, organizational policies & procedures and onboarding programs. The instructional designer's role is to understand how people learn and use that knowledge to create eLearning solutions that facilitate learning and behavior change using online authoring tools. Candidate will be a team player, adaptable and able to switch gears easily, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once. The position reports to the Manager of Learning and Development. This temporary opportunity is fully benefited and expected to last up to 35 months .
