Role Overview
The Tender Specialist manages and coordinates the end-to-end tendering process.
The role supports Management and the Commercial Department by coordinating complete, accurate, compliant, and timely tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain tender documentation and provide administrative support throughout the tendering process.
- Review tender invitations, requirements, specifications, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and tender documentation and consolidate client inquiries.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Technical, Finance, and Commercial teams for required submission information.
- Receive and register bids and maintain accurate tender records.
- Monitor bid bonds, tender guarantees, performance guarantees, and related documentation.
- Coordinate responses to client and tender queries with relevant internal teams.
- Compile technical and financial deliverables for tender submissions.
- Prepare post-tender clarifications, commercial responses, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain a database of opportunities, submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Prepare tender reports, summaries, status updates, presentations, and supporting meeting materials.
- Ensure accurate, timely, properly filed, and confidential tender submissions.
