Job Summary
Manage client interactions and customer satisfaction throughout the real estate customer journey.
Handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support sales and leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide information about properties, pricing, availability, and processes.
- Register leads and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients.
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support sales, leasing, and property management teams with customer coordination.
- Ensure excellent customer experience before and after sales or lease transactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- One to three years of customer service experience; real estate experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards.
