- Thoroughly read RFP and tender documents to identify all administrative, legal, and submission requirements
- Collect, organize, and assemble all required corporate documentation for the tender submission package
- Review final tender documents against the client's checklist to ensure zero missing components, typos, or formatting errors
- Maintain the internal tender calendar, tracking deadlines, clarification query periods, and submission dates
- Handle the uploading and submission of documents onto various e tendering portals
- Maintain an organized digital archive of all past bids, templates, clarification letters, and feedback
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative, document controller, or bid coordinator role, preferably dealing with tenders in the UAE
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using online e procurement/e tendering portals is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender reviews simultaneously

Tender Review Admin
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Tender Review Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is primarily an administrative and document control role focused on the meticulous review, assembly, and tracking of commercial tenders and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial RFP Review: Thoroughly read Request for Proposal (RFP) and tender documents to identify all administrative, legal, and submission requirements.
- Document Compilation & Control: Collect, organize, and assemble all required corporate documentation for the tender submission package.
